How it works
Create a campaign
Set a daily budget and a flight window in the seller console. Pick sponsored products (pay per click) or a display campaign (pay per 1,000 impressions).
Bid on keywords
Add the search terms buyers use — broad, phrase, or exact match — and set a max bid per keyword. Listings with no keywords still show on relevant results at your default bid.
Win the auction, pay the second price
Ads rank by bid × quality. You never pay more than one cent above the next-highest bid, floored at the platform reserve — so a strong, relevant ad wins for less.

Sponsored products — search
Your listing appears in a labelled “Sponsored” lane above organic search results when a shopper searches a keyword you bid on. You pay per click (CPC).
Sponsored products — category
Promote a listing across a category page so shoppers browsing your aisle see your offer first. Also CPC, capped by your daily budget.
Display — cost per mille
Buy reach by the thousand impressions (CPM). Great for launches and brand lift; billed per completed 1,000 impressions, never over your daily budget.
How pricing works
You only pay for results
CPC campaigns bill on a click, not a view. CPM campaigns bill per 1,000 impressions delivered. A daily budget caps spend — serving pauses for the day once you hit it.
Second-price, reserve-floored
Every winning click or impression clears at the second price — just enough to keep your rank — floored at the platform reserve. You bid your maximum and usually pay less.
Fair, brand-safe placements
Only approved campaigns from sellers in good standing serve, ads pass the same purchasability checks as organic results, and every impression and click is deduped so you're never billed twice.
