How returns work when you buy from independent sellers on Klatchit.
Each seller sets their own return window
Klatchit is a marketplace of independent sellers, so return terms are set per store. Most sellers accept returns within 30 days of delivery; the exact window, restocking fee, and who pays return shipping are shown on the seller's storefront and on each product page before you buy.
Start a return from your order
Open the order, choose the items and a reason, and submit. The seller reviews and authorizes the return — some stores authorize eligible requests automatically. Send the items back using the method shown on the authorized return.
Refunds go to your original payment method
Once the seller confirms your return was received, your refund is issued to the card you paid with, minus any restocking fee the store discloses. Refunds typically post within a few business days, depending on your bank.
Buyer protection has your back
If an item never arrives or isn't as described and you can't resolve it with the seller, you can open a protection claim within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery). Message the seller first — claims open after a short seller-contact wait.
