Each seller ships their own items
Klatchit is a marketplace of independent sellers, so shipping is arranged per seller. A cart with items from several sellers may arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking.
Rates are shown before you pay
Any shipping cost is calculated per seller and shown at checkout before you confirm. Some sellers offer free shipping — look for the free-shipping badge on the listing.
Track every order
Once a seller ships, tracking appears on the order. Open Your orders to follow each parcel from dispatch to delivery.
Prefer to collect in person?
When a seller offers local pickup near you, you can choose it at checkout and skip shipping fees entirely.
