How to start a return
Returns start from your order. Here's what to expect, step by step.
1. Open the order
Go to Your orders and open the order you want to return. Each seller's items are grouped together — you return items to the seller they came from.
2. Choose items and a reason
Pick the items and quantities to send back and select a reason (defective, not as described, wrong item, no longer needed, and more). Add a note if it helps the seller.
3. Get it authorized
The seller reviews your request; some stores auto-authorize eligible returns instantly. Once authorized, follow the return method and any drop-off code shown on the return.
4. Receive your refund
When the seller marks your return received, your refund is issued to your original payment method, minus any restocking fee the store discloses in its policy.
